2012 - Poland and Ukraine.
June 8th - July 1st, 2012
The final tournament of the 14th UEFA European
Football Championship will be held in Poland and Ukraine from 8 June to
1 July 2012. It will be the third time that the final tournament is
jointly hosted by two countries.
The UEFA EURO 2012 matches will be played in eight stadiums, four in
Poland – Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw, Wroclaw – and four in Ukraine –
Donetsk, Lviv, Kharkiv and Kyiv. The opening match will take place in
Warsaw on 8 June and the final on 1 July in Kyiv.

Booking
Procedures: Rates are per person in USD based on double or
triple occupancy. A 30% deposit is required to secure your package.
Final package balances will be due 3 months prior to travel.
Children: 25% discount for
children under 16 occupying the same room as 2 full fare guests.
Tickets: Tickets are
handed to you along with your gift pack at your hotel upon check in. If
you desire your tickets in advance, we can Fed-Ex tickets to any
address - please note that you will be charged shipping fees. ($30.00
USD
to a North American address, and $75.00
USD to an international
address).
Please note
that tickets are
extremely valuable. Tickets are shipped at your own risk and will not
be replaced under any circumstances, including loss, fire, or theft.
Tickets will be printed and distributed in late May of 2012.
Refund/Cancellation
policy:
Packages which
are Canceled on or before March
1st, 2012, are
subject to a 50% cancellation fee - this is 50% of your initial
deposit. Packages
which
are Canceled after March
31st, 2012, are
subject to a 100% cancellation fee - this is 100% of your initial
deposit.
If one
chooses
to Cancel his or her Package(s), he
or she must do so in writing, by mail or
email to sales@kseworld.com.
Refunds
are made within 30 days of the written request. Packages
are non-refundable after this deadline.
Transfer
policy: Clients
may transfer package holder names. If
one
chooses
to transfer his or her Package(s), he
or she must do so in writing, by mail or
email to sales@kseworld.com.
Transfer requests must be received before April 30th, 2012.
